Selling furniture from Parowan
The usual reasons furniture leaves a home here are the ordinary ones — downsizing, a remodel, settling a parent’s house, or simply being finished with a piece that no longer fits the room. What most people want at that point is for it to be gone without becoming a project.
That is the part we take on. Send photographs and rough measurements, we give you an honest yes or no, and if it is a fit our crews collect it. Approved items sell on a simple 50/50 split — 50% to you, 50% to us. The standard consignment period is 90 days, and both are subject to the agreement you sign before anything is collected.
Collection from Parowan is arranged through Just-In Time Moving for an additional charge, quoted against the distance and the piece. It is not free, and we would rather say so here than at the door.
One thing worth knowing up front: we do not buy furniture outright. We consign only. If you want paying today rather than a share of a sale later, we are the wrong call.
Buying from Parowan
The floor is in St. George, roughly 66 miles from Parowan. It is worth the drive for the same reason consignment is worth shopping at all: the pieces are one of a kind and priced well below what the equivalent costs new.
If you find something and have no way to get it home, our moving crews deliver to Parowan and will place it in the room you want it in, again for a quoted charge.
We do not publish a stock list, because one we cannot keep current is worse than none. Call ahead if you are looking for something specific and we will tell you what is on the floor.
The Parowan market
Parowan runs on agriculture, highway services and outdoor recreation. For a consignment floor that matters on both sides of the ledger: the households moving in need a home furnished quickly, and the households moving on have furniture that will not fit where they are going.
Within Cedar City, UT we collect from and deliver to Parowan Historic District, Main Street.

Questions from Parowan
Do you have a showroom in Parowan?
No. We have one showroom and it is in St. George, about 66 miles from Parowan. We would rather tell you that than list an address here that turns out to be a lock-up. What we do have in Parowan is collection and delivery.
Can you collect furniture from Parowan?
Yes. Collection is handled by our own crews through Just-In Time Moving, for an additional charge quoted against the distance and the piece. Send photos first — there is no sense scheduling a truck for something we would decline.
What is the split, and how long do you keep it?
Approved items sell on a simple 50/50 split — 50% to you, 50% to us. The standard consignment period is 90 days. Both are subject to the consignment agreement you sign before anything is collected, and that agreement is also where markdown terms live.
Will you just buy my furniture outright?
No. We consign only — you are paid your share when the piece sells, not before. If you need cash now, we are not the right fit and we would rather say so at this point than later.
Can you deliver something I buy to Parowan?
Yes, through the same moving crews, for a quoted charge. They move furniture for a living, so it arrives in the room you want it in rather than on the driveway.
Have furniture to consign in Parowan?
Send photographs and rough measurements. You will get an honest yes or no, and a price for collection if you need it.
