The process
How Consignment Works
Submit your furniture
Send us photos and information about the furniture you’d like to consign.
We review it
Our team will evaluate the condition, style, brand, demand and estimated resale value.
Bring it in
Approved furniture can be delivered to our showroom, or pickup can be arranged through Just-In Time Moving.
We sell it
We display, photograph, price, market and sell your furniture.
You get paid
When your item sells, proceeds are divided according to your consignment agreement.
Our consignment split
Simple 50/50 Consignment
For approved items, the final selling price is divided:
- 50% to the consignor
- 50% to Just-In Time Consignment
Our portion helps cover showroom space, staffing, marketing, photography, customer service, payment processing, and the work involved in selling the item.
Our standard consignment period is generally 90 days. Both the split and the period are subject to your signed consignment agreement.
